- Disconnect your phone from its power source.
- Prepare a solution that is 50:50 Isopropyl alcohol and purified water (purified bottled water is highly recommended). Do not use any other clean chemical on the device.
- Dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with the prepared solution. Never apply the solution directly to the device.
- Wipe the screen, handset, keypad and buttons with the cloth. Do not rub the screen or keys vigorously as it could damage them.
- Wipe with a dry lint-free cloth to dry.
