New and saved voicemail within NocTel can be forwarded to different extensions within an account.
Step-by-step guide
- Connect to your voicemail inbox by pressing the voicemail key on the phone or dialing *38 or *98.
- While listening to a message, or during the message options press 6.
- Enter the extension number where the message should be forwarded, followed by the # key.
